Description

Crafted in English oak, these circular trays have a wide outer edge that surrounds a gently recessed inner circle. The smaller centre sits calmly within the broad rim, creating a sense of focus. The surface shows the character of the oak, with natural markings that ground the piece.

Both functional and sculptural, the trays are made for use and display. They can rest flat on a surface or be presented on a wall.

About the Artist 

Pachadesign are Glenn Rushbrooke and Samantha Robb, a design/make partnership based on the North Cornwall/North Devon Coast, creating objects, furniture and interiors for considered spaces. Their core design aesthetics are simplicity, minimalism, the enhancement of natural materials and the Japanese view of wabi sabi - an appreciation of beauty in imperfection
